日前吵得沸沸揚揚的高端疫苗保護效益報告，日前衛福部明定10月底前需補件，否則緊急使用授權（EUA）恐將廢止。對此，民進黨立委高嘉瑜今（28）日下午在院會質詢提及此事，衛福部長薛瑞元證實，高端保護力EUA補件剛剛已經送進來。

食藥署去年通過高端公司疫苗EUA審查，但附帶條件是一年後需提供保護效力報告，高端初步資料遭退回後，補件期限至10月底，否則將廢止。外界關心若EUA廢止，是否打高端疫苗等於沒打。指揮官王必勝本週一被問到此事時表示，請教食藥署同仁得知已收到部份補件，這幾天陸續會收到其它資料。

不過報告繳交期限將至，記者今（28）日疫情記者會結束後也曾致電食藥署長吳秀梅，詢問高端是否有再繳交其他保護力補件資料、以及是否繳齊？吳回應說還再繳交中，期限是10月30日還有幾天，強調「即便是週六日繳交也都會收件」。

不過，高端進度似有更新。據悉，高嘉瑜今下午在立院院會時詢問薛瑞元，今天禮拜五是最後一個工作天，高端EUA補件繳交了嗎？薛說，本來是到10月30日，但「剛剛收到訊息，在最後一刻，高端已把EUA補件送進來了」。
